Its cool running characteristic also slows down any corrosion process. Additionally a chemical resistant coating protects the stationary components.
Welch’s two-stage rotary vane vacuum pumps are always an option when an ultimate pressure level from 0.5 mbar to 1×10-4 mbar is required. Depending on the pump model the pumping speed range lies between 1.8 m³/h and 60 m³/h.
