CRVpro Two-Stage Rotary Vane Vacuum Pumps

The new product series CRVpro provides highest reliability for stable operation and long product lifespan. Customers benefit from a reduced risk of chemical attacks and oil breakdown by diluting aggressive chemicals with a larger oil chamber. Its cool running characteristic also slows down any corrosion process. Additionally a chemical resistant coating protects the stationary components.

Welch’s two-stage rotary vane vacuum pumps are always an option when an ultimate pressure level from 0.5 mbar to 1×10^-4 mbar is required. Depending on the pump model the pumping speed range lies between 1.8 m³/h and 60 m³/h.

CRVpro vacuum pumps are two-stage direct-driven vacuum pumps.

They are nine models of CRVpro available with free air displacement from 1.8 cfm to 45.9 cfm.  Ultimate pressure to 2×10-3 torr.

The benefits of CRVpro pumps are:

• provides a measure of protection from sublimed chemical vapors with coating on pump module and oil case.

Depending on model, motor options include 1 Ph TEFC,  3 Ph TEFC,  and 1 Ph ex proof motors.

Available on request are fomblinised CRVpro pumps for oxygen service.

All CRVpro pums are delivered ready to work with an anti-suck back valve, oil charging, gas ballast valve, centering ring and clamping ring for easy installation on your application and motor overload protection
