- Can be heated up to 150°C
- Used for creating vacuum tight seals
- Used to build foreline vacuum plumbing and process systems
- Used to connecting pipes, valves, pumps
- KF blank flanges are easy to use and quick to assemble
- Requires the following to create tight / vacuum seal
- Elastomer O-Ring for seal
- Clamp to fasten
- Vacuum accessories: flanges, fittings and adaptor
