Diffusion pump fluids are designed for high vacuum and for fast pumping of large volumes of gas or vapour in production operations. AVT 705 Diffusion Pump Fluid 500 ml is silicone based fluid with little to no backstreaming. It has extremely low vapour pressure capabilities for ultra high and ultra clean vacuum.
